At FindParrotsForSale.com, we allow returns within 14 days of delivery for a refund of the purchase price, excluding original shipping and handling charges.
If a parrot is found to be unhealthy, we will take the parrot back and offer a refund or a replacement parrot.
If any of our parrots arrive injured or with a health issue, customers can contact us within 30 days of receiving their order to resolve the issue.
If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your parrot in its original condition with all provided documentation and accessories. Bring the parrot along with your original receipt for a refund or exchange (subject to the terms and conditions below).
By law, parrots returned within the first 25 days, regardless of the reason, must be refunded at 90% of the total purchase price, provided the parrot is in its original condition. After 20 days and up to 30 days, the seller is not obligated to take the parrot back; however, at our discretion, we may take the parrot back at 80% of the original purchase price. After 30 days, the responsibility for re-homing the parrot falls entirely to the buyer.

After receiving your parrot, if you are not satisfied, you may request a return within 30 days. We can offer an exchange for another parrot of equal or greater value. In some cases, we may provide a full refund of the purchase price, but please note that you will be responsible for the shipping costs.
